Reshma Jhaveri

Reshma is the Principal of our international branch, which was established 20 years ago. Originally from India, she is a dedicated Early Years teacher with more than 17 years of experience in nurseries, kindergartens, and primary schools around Hong Kong. Reshma is passionate about children's early development and holds a Master's in Commerce alongside a postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Education, along with her kindergarten principals certification. She firmly believes that success in Early Years education involves ensuring a safe and nurturing environment through play and building strong community relationships. Reshma emphasizes that education is a collaborative effort between the school and families.

我很榮幸能加入晶晶幼稚園，本人從事幼兒教育工作已有接近三十年經驗，有豐富的課程發展、學校行政及領導團隊的經驗；我熱愛與幼兒相處，也喜歡設計多元的遊戲與學習機會，讓幼兒能在遊戲中探索、嘗試與成長。過去的工作中，我累積了豐富的課程推行與家長教育經驗。

我深信幼兒的健康成長，有賴家校合作。我會尊重每一位幼兒的成長步伐，建立安全、關懷及被接納的學習環境；並鼓勵幼兒勇敢嘗試與表達想法，讓他們在互動中建立自我價值與自信心。同時，我會帶領教學團隊，以耐心、同理與專業教學，陪伴幼兒跨越學習與情緒上的挑戰，讓每一次學習都充滿意義。在課程設計上，我會安排貼近日常生活的學習經驗，讓幼兒「從做中學、從玩中學」。

我更希望能與各位家長建立互信合作的家校關係，讓家長成為共同教育的夥伴，與我們攜手支持每位幼兒愉快而充實的學前教育。
